Heaven for 160 calories!!!

So last Friday, I was having the worst craving ever! I needed chocolate! I needed something sweet. So, here's what I came up with. A shortcake cup (85 calories), some Jello sugar free pudding (I chose chocolate but it's good with virtually all of the flavors, 60 calories) and some Fat Free Reddi Whip (a whopping 5 calories per TBSP!). Oh yeah! It did the trick and there was pudding to spare! Totally guilt free! Enjoy!
